- @KillaMafia To the person or team that will be helping, yes this is me on both accounts. I need someona to forcefully unlink my xbox account off this ea account so i can link my xbox account to the killamafia one. Killamafia is my original account.
You will need to contact either EA help advisor or submit a ticket on hacked accounts. Other than the advice posted below no one here on AHQ can provide any other assistance regarding account issues.
Make sure you have all the necessary account info to verify your account ownership.
Of note is this info: You can only link one type of platform account to your EA Account once in its lifetime. For example, if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can't link a different Xbox gamertag to the same account in the future.
With that in mind you really need to recover the hacked account.
