Trying to get unbanned after account hack

Hey guys. I’ve been banned on my account when It was hacked, and I’ve been trying to solve it on the EA website, but the appeal form just hasn’t been working at all and I’m trying to be able to play the game again since getting my EA account back earlier today. Do any of you know how to reach out to the TOS team directly or should I just leave the forum and wait?

    Thanks for the update. Sorry to hear the form still isn’t successfully creating a case.

    If you haven’t already, it may be worth trying the following before submitting again:

    • Clear your browser cookies/cache.
    • Try a different browser or an incognito/private window.
    • Temporarily disable any extensions, auto-translate tools, or ad blockers.
    • Try again using a different email address if needed.

    If the appeal flow still isn’t working after that, please try going back through the general support/contact path here and click Contact us at the bottom of the page: EA Account Help Hub

    I have been and it just keeps telling me that a case wasn’t created. I don’t know what to do to get it back
