Two or more players same Network

Hi everyone,

I've been playing apex legends with my wife for around a year now and never experienced the problems I'm experiencing now.

We play together all the tame, but since Season 10 came out we can't play together more than 1 match without being kicked out. 

If we're playing each one different matches it works fine, but when we're together in the same party one of us is always kicked out when the game starts.

I've read online this was very common when the game came out in 2019 and tried some of the solutions I found online that involve disabling UPnP and enabling port forward on the router, but it is not working for us at all. 

Is anyone else experiencing the same?

Any solutions? EA would kindly weigh in on this?

    Hey @ChronoPotato, 

    Let's take a look and see if we can figure out what might be happening. 

    Which platform(s) are you and your wife playing on? Do you both have your accounts linked up with the same EA Account?
