UCMD Delay Error ONLY on Mouse and Keyboard.

Since season 19 my game is unplayable on mouse and keyboard. Without fail multiple times a game, (I cannot replicate what it is caused by) my game will full freeze for around a second and then all my hit registration doesn't work for another few seconds. I am also presented with both a UCMD error and a prediction error. This occurs in every mode of the game, including the firing range and custom games.

I have tried different USB ports, different settings on both my mouse and keyboard, different mice and keyboards entirely, using DDU to remove previous graphics drivers, reinstalling apex, playing from a different location with a completely different ISP, capping my FPS below 165, and various tweaks to my Nvidia settings. This only occurs on the retail version of Apex Legends. This doesn't occur on Valorant, Counter Strike, Battlebit, Minecraft or even R5Reloaded the community run modded version of Apex. I don't get these errors when I use a controller at all, so in order to play Apex right now I am forced to use a controller in order for the game to actually work.

My PC has a 2070 Super, and a 9700k. I have tried multiple mice from Lamzu and Pulsar and keyboards from Wooting and SteelSeries.
