Pro Apex Team Analyst: Appeal Blocked by 163 Email + 2 - Year Unjust Ban

EA Team,

I’m an analyst for a professional Apex team. My account (ID: Cekker0817) was wrongfully banned nearly two years ago (Jan 19, 2024). Now, I’m stuck in a loop trying to appeal—the system won’t let me submit my appeal email at all, even with a VPN. I suspect it’s because my email is a 163.com address, but I can’t change it right now.

This is critical: I’ve invested heavily in this account (both time and money), and as a core team member, my work depends on accessing it. Your support is uncontactable—layoffs have made reaching help impossible. It’s frustrating how little consideration there seems to be for Chinese players.

I need two things:

  1. Fix the appeal submission bug blocking 163.com emails.
  2. Re - review my ban—login records and stream archives prove I wasn’t active during the “violation period.”

I’m in the middle of team scouting/ map - running. Please resolve this urgently.

    I've moved your post to the correct language forum - please always pay attention in what language forum you're posting.

    We cannot help with bans here in the forum - support is the only contact for those cases. In order to dispute a ban, you will have to send an e-mail through the Support website and the Terms of Services team will then check your account and ban. This can take several days and there are no shortcuts to speed up the process.

    What exactly is the issue when you try to submit the e-mail?
