Unable to connect to any of the data centers
Trying to get technical support for this game is a nightmare. Going through help.ea.com for connectivity issues will bring you to a page that says the server is up and offers no further help other than suggesting to follow EA on twitter. I don't have a twitter account, I don't want a twitter account, nor do I want to waste my mobile minutes waiting on hold for a phone call. There is zero options to open a live chat with EA or even create a support ticket.
For the last 3 days I have been unable to connect to any of the Respawn data centers. I have been playing for several months and never had an issue. Now suddenly all of the servers show -1 ping and 100% packet loss. I get the same thing in Titanfall 2 as well. I'm on a wired connection, nothing is wrong with my internet, and nothing has changed on my end. I have repaired the game, reinstalled it, repaired the EA app, cleared the cache, flushed my DNS, power cycled my router. Firewall is set to allow the game on all ports. I have no connectivity problems with any other games, only Respawn games. Please help!
