Unable to connect to EA servers Xbox Series S

Hello! I was playing just fine yesterday and all of a sudden after I logged off for a few minutes, I can’t get past the first screen. I press A and I get a “RETRIEVING MATCHMAKING LIST…” message and then I get another message that says “Unable to connect to EA Servers. Please check your Internet connection and try again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information.” I thought it was my ISP (although I have a 150mbs connection) but I can play other online games fine. I searched around and did all the recommended steps; like resetting both my router modem and my console, it didn’t work. I also reinstalled the game and it didn’t work either. I really don’t know what to do.

    Let's make sure you do a good, thorough, restart. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    Try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

    Go to your Xbox Settings
    Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
