Unable to play
My game doesn’t let me continue, when the continues pop up on the loading screen after the mini cinematic. This happens every often, it’s like the game is frozen and after like restarting it about 20 times it works and let me continue. Im on xbox and it’s been happening for a while. My xbox works fine and it doesn’t freeze.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
