Unable to Submit Ban Appeal – Ticket Not Created & Live Chat Not Connecting
I am writing regarding a permanent ban placed on my Apex Legends account. I have already attempted to submit a ban appeal through the official EA Help page.
However, after completing the appeal form, I receive a confirmation message stating that an advisor will contact me by email, but no case appears under “My Cases.” I also do not receive any confirmation email. It seems that the ticket is not actually being created.
In addition, I have tried to contact support through live chat, but the chat option does not connect or fails to load.
At this point, I am unable to submit an appeal or speak with an advisor through any available channel.
Could someone please confirm whether there is a technical issue with ticket creation or advise me on how I can properly submit my ban appeal?
