unfair suspended

Question

I got suspended for 7 days, because two Japanese players being toxic and die on purpose, then yelling to the mic, ruining my game on rank, and EA suspended my account for just a complaining to those toxic players?

I remembered that game those two Japanese players giggling all the time and rush towards the enemies and die immediately, after they died in the game that two Japanese players yelling to the mic almost hurt my ears…

They destroyed my game experience, and its in rank mode, I always play rank solo and I don’t have too much time to play APEX, so they basically just ruined my day. I was hurt mentally and physically. So, I want an explanation from EA. If I got punishment then so they should be ban the game. EA please stop hurting the real players, be serious and do something real.
