nobody here can or will help you. the default response is to create a ticket and send it to EA. all of my case challenges have been denied as well. Maybe the people who actually work for this company who are on here should notice this recent uptick and false bans and mention something to their bosses.

EA can't help you through the forums, heres a list of instructions you can follow to further look into your punishment given.

1.Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
2. Make sure to log in to the account you've been banned or suspended on.
3. Select the product that your account was banned or suspended from.
4. Choose your platform.
5. Select 'Manage my account', then 'Banned or suspended account'.
6. Fill out any additional details
7. Click 'Select contact option' at the bottom of the screen.
Click the + sign.
8. Fill out the attached web form to give us all the details about your ban or suspension.
