Hello @hv6qpklav
First off, let me start by saying welcome to EA’s “Answer HQ”.
I am very sorry for your inconvenience.
I can understand your problem and I treat it like a serious matter.
Now, it is important for you to get the account back, not so much to get to know "what was the issue of the ban". EA sometimes doesn't tell the reason (for intrinsic reasons, not to disclose the method of identifying the fraudsters). Sometimes the reason can be found in the email. If you didn't get the email, please check your email's Unwanted-mail folder or check https://help.ea.com/en/my-ban-history/
THE FACTS ARE:
Only the Terms of Service and User Agreement Team can make you get your account back.
An EA support agent can check if you have already got an answer from the TOS team, but can't influence the TOS team's decision.
Thank you for your response,
I understand what you are saying and totally agree with the fact that the Answers HQ shouldn't handle those type of issues.
I am really clueless and don't know where to go, I've tried disputing the ban a couple of times, but the dispute was denied and I was still left in the shadows for the reasons of my ban.
I have checked the ban history and there has been a ban since Oct. 2021, the reason for the ban isn't stated there.
I'd love to hear your opinion on the matter, and maybe some pointers on what I should do in order to get some additional information and maybe get into an agreement so I can get my account back.
