Unjustified Ban - No more Support, Appeals No Longer Accepted

Hello EA Team and Community,

I am reaching out to the forum because, after multiple attempts, I have no other way to resolve my issue. My EA account was banned some time ago, and I firmly believe that this ban was unjustified. I have submitted multiple appeals, but I keep receiving the same standardized response:

"We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision. Please do not expect further responses this matter."

This response is clearly an automated standard reply and does not give me any real chance to have my case reviewed. I have no insight into what exactly led to the ban, and EA does not provide any detailed information or evidence.

Steps I have Taken So Far:

Submitted multiple appeals: Every time, I received the same copy-paste response.

  • Tried contacting EA through various channels:
    The official support directs me only to the appeal form, which is no longer being processed.
    On X (Twitter), I only receive spam bots or shady people offering to unban me for money.
    Contacted Steam: They confirmed that they cannot do anything since this is an EA decision.

Wanted to Live Chat: Apparently, this is only available in the US, making it inaccessible for me.


Why I Believe the Ban Is Unjustified:

I've never Violated the Terms of Service (ToS).
No concrete evidence or logs have been presented to me proving any rule violation.
The Refusal of looking at my provided evidence in the Cases/ Appeals.
The sudden ban happened without a warning or opportunity for me to defend myself.
I would never cheat, especially because I've invested money in this game.
Additionally Cheaters just make new accounts and cheat again, while honest players like me remain unjustly banned.

What I Expect from EA:

I am not demanding an immediate unban but rather a fair and transparent review of my case.

I ask for a real human employee to take another close look at my case(Match History and K/D) and, if the ban was justified, provide specific evidence and reasons for it.


The option to have a live chat with a support agent.


If a violation was found, I request at least a reduction of the penalty (e.g., from permanent to temporary ban)

It is unacceptable for players to lose their account without a without a detailed explanation and without any opportunity to defend themselves.

If anyone in the community has had similar experiences or knows a solution, I would greatly Appreciate any help!

  • dodidu321_YT  Unfortunately, account related issues, (such as bans), cannot be helped with on the forums. You would need to contact the EA TOS Team regarding your ban.

    However, considering you were told to "not expect further responses", that sadly does mean that the ban will be upheld.

    I already figured that so that would mean that i wont get my account back where i invested 100$ and 600h of my time. And yes 100$ is much for me. I'm not that rich to spent thousands. But thankyou anyways.
    I would let this post open if anyone else could help me with this case.

    Unfortunately, it does.

    When a player gets banned, they can appeal the ban up to a total of 3 times. If they are denied the 3rd time, they will receive the following, (or similar), response:

    "We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision. Please do not expect further responses on this matter."

    When this response is received, all future cases regarding the ban will be closed, (even after a year, 2 years, etc.), as the account is permanently banned.

    I've spent a bit on the game myself as well, so I would be frustrated too if I had gotten banned, (especially after playing the game for more than 5k hours):

    Sadly, the only ones who can help you would be the EA TOS Team. (This is even confirmed by an EA Community Manager in another thread):

  • Well i am very frustrated but seeing your stats would make that even more painful if it would happen to you.
    So EA stops me from playing the game i play the most currently and does not want my money? sound not quiet right but okay.
    And for the ToS Team i put in multiple evidences (if it is a word) and they were all ignored. and i also offered them to flip my entire pc around(files and such) to prove that i wasn't cheating. But I got some Generated Mails from them that many others got before me.
    But from what i have heard many of these false bans were reversed after 3 to 5 months after they happened... do you know whats up with that? Then when you log on it says "Sorry we've made a mistake." and mysteriously gets unbanned. This is happening without any Email giving you this information, just you logging back on and suddenly being unbanned.

    - would still let this post open just so people can comment under it if they have similar issues.

    The EA TOS Team do use templates to help ensure the same quality of support is provided to each player, (and to help save time, as they would have to retype out the same, (or similar), responses each time they needed to).

    Because of these templates, many players do think its a bot responding to them, (when its actually a real person).

    I have heard about false bans being overturned, but I don't know any of the specifics about those bans, (and would also be unable to discuss anyone's ban anyways, (especially when those cases are only handled by the EA TOS Team)).

    Typically ban related threads do end up being locked, as there's no available support for bans on the forums. (That being said, a Community Manager might decide to lock this thread).
