Unjustified Ban

Hello,

On Tuesday, August 4, around 5:00–6:00 p.m., I launched the game for Season 29, and everything was working normally. I didn’t have any issues.

Then, after updating to Season 30, when I tried to launch the game, I received a permanent ban for “gameplay enhancement,” even though I’ve never used any software or mods.

I really don’t understand this because the game was working normally right before the update and has always worked normally for me. I’ve already made several appeals to try to understand what happened, but I keep getting the exact same response. What disappoints me most is feeling like my appeals aren’t even being properly reviewed. It’s frustrating to feel like I’m the victim of an injustice when I haven’t done anything to deserve a permanent ban.

Has anyone else been in the same situation? If so, how did you resolve it?
