I have been playing on Xbox for a very long time and I used to play Apex Legends very often. However, my Xbox console broke, and I wasn’t able to play anymore. About 2–3 years passed, and when I got a computer, I wanted to play Apex Legends again. I remembered my account and tried to log in to the EA page, but it asked me for a code that was sent to an email ending with “yahoo.” I have never created a Yahoo email in my entire life.

I stopped playing right after cross-progression was introduced, and ChatGPT said that I probably never opened the EA page before, which caused EA to automatically generate and link a random email. The problem is that I can log in to the Xbox account through the Xbox app on my phone. I have photos and every piece of proof that the account is mine: I have access to my Microsoft account, to the Gmail linked to my Xbox profile that contains my Apex Legends account, I have pictures of the account, the last digits of the credit card used, and the account’s username.

Despite this, EA Support still refuses to give my account back and says I don’t have enough information to prove ownership. I can log in to the account through Xbox, but I can’t log in to EA because a random email is attached to it. If anyone has any idea what I can do, please help me.
