In order to unlink the account you will first have to have the (Block/ban lifted).
If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
And why this way? On what basis did EA decide that it has the right to manage accounts from other platforms? How did my blocked account automatically link to another account on another platform? In this case, it is a violation of my rights established by my country. Tell me please
- @Асмодей566 Unfortunately, I am not able to remove the block, since my emails automatically receive a response (as I understand the auto-reply) that we will not remove the block, the response to the letter is not tracked
Sounds like you may have been hacked.
You will have to recover the hacked account and associated e-mail before you can do anything else.

Once you have done that you should contact the TOS team about the ban.

After that you may have to contact an EA advisor via EA help about the account link/de-link.
