Unlocked items not appearing in inventory

Ive unlocked items for apex legends via apex packs and purchases and they are not in my inventory. Ive had this happen for three legendary banners: octane, watson, and pathfinder. And i believe a couple skins. Bery annoying especially when i put money into this game. Psn name whereddacheesego
