Urgent Support Needed: Account Reset After Linking with Steam and EA
Dear Support Team,
I am reaching out to you as I urgently require assistance with my account. Today, I attempted to make some changes to my account, which unfortunately resulted in unexpected issues.
After trying to link my Steam account with my Google account, I discovered that my account had been reset. Furthermore, in an additional attempt to link my account with another EA account, the account remained reset, and all settings were reverted.
I have undertaken no other actions apart from these two linking attempts. I have more than 100 hours playtime, was level 60+ and invested some money for skins. So It baffles me why my account was reset.
Please urgently assist me in restoring my account and resolving this issue. I need access to my account to proceed.

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
That looks to be the situation here as well. From what I'm seeing, the account you're posting with had never launched Apex on Steam until this month. Given how much play time you mentioned having, that must have been while your Steam was linked to a different EA account.
You would need to link this back to the original EA account where that progress was made to try restoring access to any progress.
