Valentines day content
So I was referred to come here to resolve my question, but the "customer support" person gave me a link to a completely different page. My issue is that I'm unable to purchase the Through the Heart skin for the longbow on my xbox account even though it appears on my PC account. Is this a PC exclusive item even though they said it was going to be available to all players? Pic related. The skin expires tomorrow, so I'm hoping to solve it today.

The Through the Heart Valentines DMR skin has been removed from the store on Xbox One due to this and other skins causing crashes:
