Hello, I was wondering if anybody might be able to help me. About a month ago I got myself a new Monitor (HP Omen 27c - 240 hz 1440p). Since then I’ve had the following issue: all edges in game create a bright, idk what to call it, after glow or bloom while moving. It’s a yellowish glow. It only happens in lit places. Because inside buildings or tunnels like the entrance to the firing range are fine. Did anybody experience something similar maybe?
DICE Team@EA_Atic @Yes but only basic stuff, like activating mprt and setting it to the fastest response time, no changes in terms of colors. I’m was wondering if this might be a different type of tearing? Because I remember a few months ago somebody told me the game wasn’t handling fps above 180 very well, don’t know if this still applies. I will try to upload a screen short of what I mean if I can somehow catch it.
DICE TeamJust to make it clear for anybody with similar issues who stumbles over this post: When running an Omen 27c: if you max out MPRT (5/5), you shouldn’t set response time higher than 3 (3/5). I don’t know if this applies to other Monitors, but this is the sweet spot for mine.
