@OmgItsOralB Hey man! Yeh I can really feel your frustration and I had it as well just till today when I finally got a response. I’d say that you should try to send a new mail every 3 days till they respond so that if they missed the first or second one they’ll eventually see one of your mails and take it into action. You can also look at EA😕 website under “your cases” and if it says in progress that means that they’ve seen your mail and is working or planing to take a look at your account. But yeh I get that it’s annoying that they take so long time to respond but I guess that something we are very unlucky while others are the lucky once
