What's the BAN standard?

First of all, please understand that I am using a translator because English is not my first language.

A few weeks ago, I was BANed and asked several times about it, but EA said

"After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures.

Due to this violation, we will not remove the sanction that was applied to your account."

Did I chat dirty? NO

Did I use the cheat program? NO

Did I violate user consent? NO

I keep saying, I didn't violate any user consent, I used illegal programs, and I've never been hacked.

also I still can't find any information in My Ban History.

but Today, EA sent me this mail.

"We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.

Please do not expect further responses on this matter."

WHAT???? ARE YOU SURE??????

I just can't understand what the investigation was and whether the investigation was done properly.

Tell me the reason why I got BAN

Please!

  • Hi @totosub2

Please search your email history for all emails received from the email address: noreply@ea.com. There will be an email from Terms of Service that shares the general rule broken for example: ban applied for cheating/hacking/hate speech/etc.

It may help to check out this article that shares more about Apex and the rules also: "Play by the rules in Apex Legends".

  • Hi @EA_Lanna

Did you answer just by looking at the title?

There is no answer to the content at all.

    Hi @totosub2,

I did read your post and responded with the best advice I can offer you to help you understand why you were banned.

I cannot tell you why you were banned. We won't have this information to share on the forums. This is why I've recommended you read your emails from Terms of Service. You will have received more emails than you have shared in your post above and in them will be context as to why you received a ban. You'll have an easier time finding that email if you search for the email address Terms of Service would have sent it from.

OK, I won't ask you any more why.

    BUT

I swear I didn't break the Rules of Conduct.

The only program I used is a program that organizes unnecessary processes, and I use it before I turn on the game and end it.

For a smooth game, I shut down all unnecessary programs and even turn off the Internet windows.

But how can it be a BAN?

    I hardly ever chat.
Only say "Sorry" and "mb(my bad)".

Also, I have only reported one user suspected of using Cheat.

    Just only ONE

Lastly, I forced the game to end, and it was in classical mode, not rank, and I was already dead and watching my friend play without being able to revive it. Then, when my friend died, the game stopped completely and I had no choice but to forcefully end it.

    It became BAN after that

Do you really think this is a violation of EA's Rules of Conduct?
And do you really think this is a legitimate BAN reason?

But "Customer Experience" says it is.

This is why I am protesting and writing here.
