Why Apex Is so terrible with servers in Europe

I also would like to say that i have a friend in Germany who agrees with this and has had issues with Higher ping then me which I'm in the UK which just shows you these servers don't work as intended for Apex hes using Ethernet Copper which yes is slower then Fiber but he still shouldn't be having issues like this since he gets most of the time a stable speed and connection
