Why do I get this message "Unable to reconnect to forfeited match (code:snake)"?

Hi! I was playing trios and connected to a match. However, the match didn't load past the " **** joined the game" part and I didn't even get to choose a character. Then I got an error message saying...

    I restarted the system and got back in the game. Didn't have to re-install.

Getting Code:Snake and disconnecting from every match and whenever i change charactersm I do not have any active bans on this game, I don't cheat, I didn't get an email saying I was banned, what on earth is going on?
