why is my account baned?
Is it normal to ban an account and dont even send a notification to the player with the ban reason? Is this north korea?

You should have received an email with the reason for your ban, so I recommend checking your spam inbox just in case it got sent there. If you'd like to raise a dispute for your ban, you can reach out to our terms of service team via the webform in the following article:
