I've managed to buy Apex legends Bloodhound edition for PS4 from Amazon managed to put the code in and for some odd reason it's not working need help i even tried to restart my console and it still doesn't work I need help

Mcb112234 From what I know of, the Bloodhound Legend Edition has been discontinued for a while now, (which means that the codes for it may still work, however there is no guarantee that the items from it would still be granted upon redeeming a code).
for PS4 from Amazon
While Amazon is one of the trusted sellers for EA digital codes, did you buy the code from Amazon themselves, or from a 3rd party on Amazon?

If it was from Amazon themselves, you could try talking to their support team to see what's up, otherwise you could try reaching out to the seller you had gotten the code from, (and seeing how your total was 0, you luckily won't need to worry about getting a refund, (unless you had used an Amazon reward that had made the total become 0, then you may need to look into getting that reward refunded)).
It is also possible that you had entered the code incorrectly by accident, so you could try redeeming it online instead:
