Why is my game crashing?

So this started happening last week.  I have strong internet and every time I start a ranked match or play in normal lobbies of multi-player, my audio starts to go out, my game becomes glitch and then it freezes everything, then followed by being kicked and loosing RP or having a plenty.  What can this be, like I've never had this issue with apex till now and I play on Xbox.
