Why Was My Apex Legends Online Access Banned Permanently?

Hello! Today as usual I went to play a couple games of Apex Legends with random people as my friends usually aren't online yet, but got denied online access with a message saying "ERROR The client's game account has been banned: Banned".. Extremely confused, i went onto my email and found they "Permanently banned online access" to my account for "Cheating". I've never cheated, and reading up on their rules I've supposedly broken, the only things i can think of that might have done this to my account was in the event where my teammates and i got to a vault, and I, playing as Watson, fenced off the vault entrance and realized it doesn't break down the doors to the vault as they normally do with any other doors... Admittedly i thought it was cheap but i don't think its cause for my account to be permanently banned. The only other reasons I can think of is leaving games at times, sometimes lately due to extreme weather conditions taking out my power, or leaving to join friends instead. Again, reading up on the rules i do realize now that leaving repeatedly can lead to a break in the rules, but I doubt personally I've left so many times to accumulate a PERMANENT ban of my online access... I've been waiting on an email back on the situation for hours now too, but would like some clarity to get this resolved. I just enjoy playing the game with my friends and feel the ban was uncalled for and without even a warning...

    Hi @ThugsReign. 

    Account bans are not something we can help with here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service will need to review your account and determine if the ban can be overturned. If you haven't already please reach out to them so they can take a look. 

    For more details on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. The team will review your account and get back to you via email as soon as they can.

    Thank you Kent! Re-reading some older emails, it turns out that my account got reportedly hacked into, maybe cheated on, then banned due to that. I've emailed for support and am anxiously waiting for a reply currently. I've already changed my password too, but having trouble loading the security settings page to create a two step verification system as well. I just don't want this happening again for whatever reason. Apex is a wonderful game id like to keep playing.
