WRONG ACCOUNT MERGED

i recently merged my apex accounts with pc and sony. and my sony had all my skins but after the merged it went to my pc. so everything i had is gone. idk what to do or how to fix it

    Hello @PRODIGII,

    content and items are linked to the EA account you were playing on - so if you unlinked your PSN account from your EA account to link it to another EA account that you play Apex on PC on, the items and progress won't move over. You can also read up on that here.

    The only way to try and get your items back is to link the PSN account to your other EA account again. However, there is no guarantee that the items will still be there, as the original unlinking progress can lead to irreparable loss.

    That's simply just a bad cross progression system that leaves no room for mistakes you could've made years ago... What a joke

    I did the same thing. I unlinked my psn account to another EA account and now both my PC and Playstation are the low level account. So what do I do now because I can't unlink the psn account in like 5 months?

    i never had another ea tho. i just straight linked it. and everything from my ps4 account is gone which leaves me with a base level account

    it sucks. i lost it all over a bad merge with nothing to make up for it. its just gone. kinda scamish

    @PRODIGII,

    if you played Apex on your PSN account and then linked your PSN and PC account only recently, you must've had it linked to another EA account before, as it's not possible to play Apex without your platform account being linked to an EA account. So if you only just linked it to the same account that you play Apex on your PC with, then it had to be linked to a different one beforehand. Please try to find that other EA account and relink them.

    The risk about relinking accounts, especially Apex accounts, is also mentioned in every article regarding unlinking accounts as well as all Apex Legends Crossprogression FAQs. The risk is also given in the disclaimer when unlinking accounts.

    @dpauly12,

    you can try contacting EA Support to ask them if they could potentially make an exception and help you relink the correct accounts on their ends.

    so i took ur advice and relinked my psn to my old ea. turns out it just put my psn at a level one and my pc is still the new account. so i now have a level one account and a new account but no account in which i spent 200$ plus on. so pretty much everything ive ever had in that game is gone for good with no repercussion.
