Has there really been no acknowledgement from EA about this issue?

We had a mod from EA on another post they marked as "solved" replying to a lot of players for 2 weeks or so. The resolution was to make sure "share usage data" in options of game was on so diagnostics and errors would be auto reported however to my knowledge this settings has only ever effected whether or not your game stats are being updated to sites like tracker.gg to look up in depth player stats for games. Never has an error been resolved without extraneous efforts from players pushing the issues on forums, twitter, EA Help site where you can open cases after even finding a way to do so and get past the generic scripted live chat agents to elevate an issue higher. Which the latter used to work for me and I'd get issues resolved for dozens of my friends and presumably more. This one however I've made several cases on. They say they are aware of the issue and we will just have to wait for a game update which we got last week though it only showed on the game loading window on pc where is says "starting ea javelin anticheat" etc... Normally updates involve downloading and installing updates for bf2042 from the EA app prior to launching game so this was different.
