1. Money inflation and costs inflation. Making a map today costs around 1 000 000$. We all would like to see more maps as fast as possible, but I guess nowadays it's not as easy as it was back then.

Yeah, and BF4 was hardly playable during its first year (it was in much, much worse state than BF6 at launch, which was the most polished BF game ever, maybe except BF5). I'm not even talking about the incredible amount of blatant cheaters, huge, gaping holes in the balance and many, many other things that would get the developers eaten alive today. BF6 has none of that. Don't act like BF4 was some kind of perfection, because it was far from it. It's nostalgia talking.
