Sorry, man, but you're completely wrong. Let's look at this—with all due respect. Just as missiles used to miss mobile AA units sitting at the base—which was the case in previous seasons but isn't anymore—it wasn't just mobile AA; helicopters would sit at the base waiting for missiles and remain totally immune. So, *any* vehicle was immune at the base, not just mobile AA. Another point: mobile AA has to worry about jets, helicopters, infantry, and tanks. Mobile AA armor is extremely weak; the cannon deals no damage to helicopters, infantry, or tanks, and it's strictly short-range. Mobile AA doesn't have low-altitude radar stealth like helicopters do; it has a higher speed and a much larger flight path profile. Just four attack helicopter rockets can destroy mobile AA—imagine if there's a gunner involved too; there's no time to react. Plus, with the mobile AA cannon, you have to empty the entire ammo supply three or four times just to take down a helicopter. In real life—you clearly don't know much about warfare—a Gepard at short or medium range against *any* helicopter in the world... its 35mm cannon would destroy any helicopter in under 10 seconds. A helicopter's only chance against a Gepard in real life is at long range; at short or medium range, it would be turned into a sieve in under 10 seconds. So, you need to rethink your arguments.
