Getting above 1.0 is not that hard for a good player, particularly if they aren't running in trying to take objectives where a lot of the deaths happen. Find a good lane or hiding spot and just start picking off the unsuspecting victims. I'm sitting at 0.98 and it wouldn't be that hard to get over 1 if I stopped piling up deaths on taking bases in Breakthrough, or just quit when I start out scoring badly on round. I've been playing online shooters since the original COD/BF/Counterstrike games (yeah I'm old), and I'm sure the younger high skill/pro players/streamers will do that with ease.
Yes, there certainly are those out there that make me suspect their scores, but I've yet to see folks speed hacking and wiping whole teams like I have in other games. While it may seem like folks are always cheating, I suspect its more that they have dialed in their settings, know the maps and weapons, and have worked on getting good (or perhaps mastered some good camp spots). Just bear in mind, the good players are only going to get even better once EA fixes the hitboxes/recoil/Netcode as it will be even easier for them to get quick kills.

I agree on the point of K/d. Mine is under 1.0 but I'm a run and gun f it all player. Can always reload so who cares...but in other games like siege x my k.d. is 3.5 or higher.
