Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. You can always raise a dispute with our terms of service team, but ultimately they have the power to look into these sorts of things.

Maybe you missed the point. My question was why is EA stopping me from accessing other software I bought and paid for previously that has absolutely NOTHING to do with Battlefield 6?
Please re-read the entire post before you draw a mis-conclusion and foo-foo my concerns away because EA doesnt want to address this issue.

Generally speaking it's because some infarctions can mean the whole account is banned rather than just a specific game. If you wanted to check this, there is information about it in the Positive Play Charter and User Agreement.

Because its policy from EA, that if you break the rules in CHAT your WHOLE ACCOUNT is banned IN THE NEXT 12 HOURS. They have the right to take away your PAID SOFTWARE, because you dont own anything, they own us. And my advice, if you were banned once because of what you said, next ban is permanent. So try not to use chat anymore. And its not even bad, since bf6 players in chat are idiots.
raise a dispute to get an answer from a bot and you can actually never dispute anything. Thanks
