The Repair tool experience you have clearly depends on the game mode, in Breakthrough there will be alot of repairs goin on, not so much in Conquest.
if repairtools needs a nerf so do Engineers 5RPGs at spawn, the rocket spam is relentless
Solution: Only allow 2 repairtools to repair at the same time.
