Battlefield 6 Opinion

Hello, I’m just sharing my opinion here—take it or leave it.

Remove the automatic spotting system. Bring back the older system where you had to actively see an enemy and manually spot them by choice. This would reduce a lot of frustrating BS moments caused by being automatically marked and would make gameplay feel more skill-based and enjoyable.

Conquest needs more players. It doesn’t feel chaotic enough compared to older Battlefield titles. Even if you went 3–16 in classic BF Conquest, you still usually had a blast. The scale and intensity just aren’t there right now.

The TTK needs work. Headshots don’t feel rewarding enough. Battlefield fans generally prefer a slower TTK that emphasizes accuracy and positioning, rather than a Call of Duty–style “spray center mass and melt” approach.

Allow PC players to turn crossplay off. I don’t want to play against players with aim assist combined with accuracy reductions—it makes a huge difference, especially at mid to long range. I’ve tried controller myself, and the advantage is noticeable. Console players are often in private party chats and are less willing or able to communicate in-game.

Guns lack meaningful variety. There’s often little reason to switch weapons for different situations when the meta encourages low-recoil, easy-to-use, fast-TTK guns. Weapon choice should matter more.

that recons only job is to spot, what else you want them to do?

  • They should add the classic sprint meter again, sprinting, sliding and jumping has to cost stamina. That would take out that annoying hectic feeling of the game, the players would have to to think before running down an alley or up a hill or whatever. It would make the game feel like an actual milsim ish shooter again, well like BF2.

  • The automatic tag system was a terrible idea.  Getting the death dorito on your head for not running silencer just feels bad.  Though, even if you use the silencer, you STILL get death dorito on your head if the enemy is close.

Go back to classic BF3/4 and make people spot manually.  EVERYONE.  Tired of snipers just glazing across the map and spotting 1200 enemies every pass.

Consolebots need to go.  I personally think they're the majority reason why PC players are leaving this game in droves.  So tired of getting pre-fired by some consoleinfant who gets wallhacks (because the aimbot will track through walls), the wonderful aimbot that makes any projectile magically find it's target, getting lag advantage because the servers were made to run better for console, getting better accuracy so you LITERALLY can't compete with them at range... every death to a consolebaby all I can hear is some middle aged overweight woman SCREAMING into a phone about her perfect baby little Timmy already spent $300 on this game and how DARE he ever lose.  As much work as HD2 put into making console and PC friends, this game is doing damage to that relationship.

Idk man, all the guns feel the same to me.  Since the TTK is determined by server lag, their performance all feels pretty equal to me.  Though, I will complain that for some reason SMGs are the most accurate in the planet, and LMGs are missing by like 10 MOA at 10 yards.

since dice says recon is least used kit then make it so they are only ones who can have active spotting and  make everyone manually spot. this should improve the usefulness of recon.
