Let’s keep this bumped yall! Let’s get more feedback. Someone post this on the BF Reddit as well!
I have some ideas for making the game more dynamic by penalizing or making the scoring efficient during moving.
Player movement
Player should have a stamina/speed bar. This stamina bar could then be implemented to slow the player down along the health bar to give a sense of physical energy ( Low health = low stamina have you ever seen anybody running around after being shot. There's no stopping power in the bullets right now. This stamina/speed bar could also restrict sprinting speed and duration since nobody sprints for a super long time. It could be class sensitive so that support gets easier fatigued because of larger weight carried etc. When a building collapses with a player inside the stamina bar could take a hit as to simulate exhaustion, as well as explosions to give the effect of grenade shock. You have the most beautiful graphics for rocks, hills and such and seeing players sprinting up staircases, rocks and steep hills at the same pace as flat ground is not credible the same goes for nearby explosions not phasing the player at all, the animations and graphics are on point, but nearby explosions have zero impact. When the player has varying speed the maps will also seem bigger and more dynamic. Kicking in doors, running in mud, jumping the players stamina bar should take a dive. The stamina bar would be emptied by sprinting and would be filled up again automatically, ideally after a timeout. So that if you'd start to sprint you would only be able sprint the amount that has been filled up in the bar. An aim bar just as the stamina bar could also make the game more dynamic. It's now possible to sprint and stop on a dime and aim perfectly with no sway. An aim bar could be more or less accurate depending an various factors such as kneeling, prone etc.
Medic Revive:
There could be implemented waiting/loading time for reviving and a randomization for success. It seems not feasable that every single time the player is revived successfully. Again this could be done with a waiting bar. And this could introduce a moral dilemma to revive or not if it turns out it takes too long based on some basic randomization. Also why not branch the medics skills out to a mini mode with a puzzle to solve In order to revive:
A bag of skills consisting of diagnozing first and then treating e.x bulletwounds etc. With a timeout otherwise te revive isn't successful. This needs more variation than just pressing revive and by magic the player respawns.
Another detail is some basic time randomization should be implemented on weapon reload, it would make for a more varied experience.
And why no manual peek?. And then why automatic peek?. This doesn't make sense.
I would like a game mode with no HUD whatsoever. Call it Veteran mode. I mean do you have a minimap, and count of bullets, hitmarkers etc. in real life.

Really like the stamina bar idea- makes sense.

Thanks. I would love for it to be implemented. Stamina bar and aim bar ftw.

i am all for discussion among players and making mention of things that need looking at such as bugs, etc., but i actually can’t tell if you’re trolling with some of these, no offence.
