Please let us know you are listening.

"A Community Manager is a professional responsible for building, managing, and engaging with an online community of users or customers on behalf of a brand, organisation, or online platform. They play a crucial role in fostering a positive and interactive digital environment while representing the brand's interests.

Responsibilities of Community Manager:

1. Community Engagement: Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, questions, and concerns on social media, forums, or other community platforms.

2. Content Moderation: Monitor user-generated content to ensure it adheres to community guidelines and brand standards. Remove or address inappropriate content as necessary.

3. Community Growth: Implement strategies to attract and retain community members, including the planning and execution of engagement initiatives, contests, or events.

4. Feedback Gathering: Collect and analyze user feedback and suggestions to provide insights to the organization for product improvements or adjustments in marketing strategies.

5. Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts or disputes within the community, ensuring a positive and respectful environment.

6. Content Creation: Develop and curate relevant and engaging content to keep the community active and informed.

7. Advocacy and Loyalty Building: Identify and nurture brand advocates within the community who can help spread positive word-of-mouth and drive brand loyalty.

8. Reporting: Analyze community engagement metrics, such as user activity and sentiment, to provide regular reports and recommendations for improving community management strategies."

The TLDR of this, is that all of the Bold  segments shown above are the biggest and most relevant issues that this community needs at this point in time, plain and simple.
if that is all you've read, that's fine by me. Below is a more in-depth look at the situation at hand.

Now, I don't put this out here as a call to action on real life human beings on how to do their job. Because let's face it, we don't know what the community managers here are allowed to say or engage with. For all we know engaging with us might require all kinds of people and higher ups to get through before approval is given on community related topics, I imagine it's incredibly difficult passing through the Discussion board in their given position, maybe this description on how a Community Manager does their job doesn't apply here.

Community Managing at EA/The BF6 Team is not known to us, which gives the Employees under this distinction the inability to explain why certain discussions, topics, etc aren't being given the attention they need or deserve. That is not on them, they have a job they gotta keep, they gotta pay bills and eat.
EA needs to give the the community the why and how of their community management system works.

I'm not one to use faith, trust and hope alone with big industries expecting everything to eventually turn out fine. That's not affecting them in any way shape or form. Neither is copious amounts of hate, harassment and anger, each sides of this topic go hand in hand.
Action and initiative is what makes things happen, it's just the reality of things and this is the place to do it. Or at least it's supposed to be.

Community Managers, you don't need to be specific, you don't need to be direct, but in some form the people here who cared enough to make an account on your terms in your environment are all here because we were told that being here would make a difference on our game. But at the moment, with all the news we are being given it's been dead silence and being given announcements like this:

Best selling shooter
Free Trials
REDSEC: Elite Series & Open Series
DLC Packs

This isn't why we are here or what we want. We have enough consumable/artificial content as is, we already love this game and care less if it's in the limelight, we want to know what your thoughts and status is on current issues and concerns that are being brought up all the time here on these forums.
We don't mind if social media is being ignored, we could care less what people have to say in that toxic bubble.
What the people here want is:

QoL changes
Q&A's
Polls
Development insight
Development roadplans (Not seasonal roadplans.)
Community highlights
Creative insight
Visual insight
Thematic insight
Beta Test Environment

We want this sort of thing in this space. We are here because we love this game and see its potential, it's off to a fantastic start, but the news and topics we are being given is not what the people here want to see. We want you to stick true to the words said on launch and pre-development.

There are so many topics to bring up in this post that are already as alive and talked about as ever on the front pages of the forums. In my 70+ posts I have gotten only 1 response from a community manager.

We cannot be left in the dark like this, if there's any way we can get more attention, insight, thoughts, petitions, polls, anything, in regards to the community managers and directors of this game in relation to us here, it needs to happen ASAP.

I can only hope that the Managers here see what is being said and is silently letting the teams at BF6 know what needs to be done. But as said earlier, crossing ones fingers doesn't make a difference.
