There is a revive sound cue. They say "medic!" "I need a medic!" And so forth. Over and over again. The existing yells for medic maybe just need to be louder. Or you need to start listening for them. I think any other tone or whatever would be pretty goofy and kind of ruin the feeling of being on the battlefield.
