Remove the Netflix (Modern) Menu

All these newer developers keep using this horizontal big icons Netflix style menu systems. All it does is clutter the screen and provide nothing better than the older listing system. Why is this now considered the better menu and is used in the modern day?

As an example if you noticed they had the closed weapon mode hidden to the far right off the screen. You’d have to be looking for it to find it. It’s not in your face on the front it is hidden (for a reason). This would’ve never been an issue if it was the old vertical list system where all your modes are listed off the left hand side, and when hovering over them you’d get the info you’d need on the right hand side.

This system was switched up during the development of COD HQ and it started circulating into BF and other games. It’s a plague of a design choice that needs a studio to revert back to the older vertical list version. There’s plenty of videos that talk about this design issue. And there is no benefits to this choice.

please if a menu developer is looking into this, please just take the opportunity to access the vertical version and provide an example of how it would look to the community on x/reddit/etc I guarantee all players even COD players would agree that the list system is overall better.
