I agree with every point made in the post. I continue to be hit repeatedly through flares every day multiple times a day. As said in the post you have already acknowledged a bug involving flares. While other issues may have been resolved with how AA missiles interact with flares, Igla's ignore them entirely. Until you resolve the bug with the Igla it should be removed from the game and added back only when the issue is resolved.
