That's because BF6 bugs take so long to fix. Different screens report different things, if you view the experience directly then it looks like:
This has been causing issues for a couple of weeks now, ever since they first killed portal xp. Certain screens would report false info about the experience progression and players would get frustrated when their time was wasted.
