Requesting Refund -Critical CPU Bottleneck Bug – Unplayable on i5-12600K
I waited for the update for several days hoping something would change, but the problem persists.
I am facing this issue (link). I have 15-16 hours of playtime, 10 of which were spent trying to fix the problem. The issue started after the first day of purchase. My GPU usage is stuck at 70%. I have tried everything and absolutely nothing has changed. I have submitted a request for a refund. Stop selling incomplete games to people and demanding that they spend hours looking for issues that even you yourselves don't know the source of. I truly regret having wasted so much time on this. I was a player of the series since Battlefield 3 & 4 and I left it for this exact reason. The game was given to me as a gift, regardless of whether I wanted it, and my predictions turned out to be true. I will also leave a screenshot.
System Specifications:
- CPU: Intel Core i5-12600K
- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti
- RAM: 32GB DDR5 @ 5600MHz
I have already submitted a request for a refund.
I must express my deep frustration at having wasted so much time trying to fix a fundamental technical flaw. As a long-time player of the series (since Battlefield 3 & 4), I am disappointed to see the franchise continue to release technically incomplete products that require users to spend hours diagnosing problems that the developers should have solved.
