Twitch Beta Drops, the versatile Skin....and the way to scam us!
Hi,
for over four months I've been trying to get the Twitch Beta drops and the versatile skin (which you had to pay for by gifting a subscriber on Twitch). I've already created countless posts here in the forum (German and English), on Steam, and have opened four support tickets. I've never received an official response to my English posts. In the German forum, a community manager is trying to help, but they're not very hopeful. Now, in my fourth ticket, support says they can't help. Well, who can help here? This is fraud. Support refers me to the forum, and nobody helps! It's no wonder players are leaving with this kind of support and fraud!

My Tickets:
#232208461 and #227351000 and #233569977 (here i send Screenshots to proof everythinght right connection etc. All three tickets stated that they would be forwarded to the development team.
But there was never a reply or help, except that the tickets were closed.
And now #236441211: First I was told to post here in the forum (which I've already done several times, see above) and then that support couldn't help me...
