If you bought the DLC and those games through EA, do those purchases appear in your Order History? And when you navigate to your Connected Accounts page, do you see the right platform accounts linked?
If they aren't in your order history, then there's a chance that you've signed in to a different EA account, one that doesn't have access to the DLC or games. In that case, it'd be worth looking through your email address(es) to find a receipt that indicates which EA account the games were purchased on, and double-checking that you're signed into the same account in the EA App. You'll need to be on the EA account you purchased those titles on to have access to them.
While we don't have any phone lines available, if you're unable to locate those cases on your account, please use this web form to connect with live support instead. Once you connect with an advisor, they can work with you to determine whether you're on the right EA account or not and review your account entitlements. Please note that live support will have limited support options if you bought the DLC and those games through a 3rd-party retailer.

Hi Hi ^^ Thanks for the link. Using the web form doesn't work for me either. It will submit. However, I don't get a confirmation. I don't get a case number. The website is bugged and not allowing me to formally submit tickets. I am unable to directly contact EA to tell them i'm from the US and your ticketing system is bugged. I'm unable to submit ticket requests. I've tried virtual chat and webforms. I wish there was an email address or phone number to call. I've cleared my google chrome browser cache, tried incognito mode, and used firefox to submit a ticket to via the web form. Nothing works. i can't connect with live support. I need help bad.

ZuleikaRose Are you able to see the self-service page? Could you please include a screenshot of what you see when you click 'Submit' on the web form?
You might want to try selecting a different issue or game instead, such as 'Purchase Issue' for Mass Effect, to see if it redirects you to a page titled 'Your EA Help support options' with the option to contact an advisor once you scroll down.
