Background services crashed
when I open EA app an error pop up saying that the background servieces crashed and when i click on run update it says that i have the latest version

Did you fix it? I ve been having this problem for a few weeks now and im getting really frustrated. Im also really dissapointed and mad about the EA customer service. If you fixed it, can you tell me how? Thanks

please try to clear the Cache of the ea App. And if that doesn't helps, please reinstall the EA App.
You also could try to update the EA App with the eaappupdater.
