Sorry to hear that there's been difficulty launching the game. It sounds like you've already tried a couple of solid troubleshooting steps.
If you haven't already, please give the steps below a try:
- Disconnect from any VPN services
- Add Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, the EA App, EA background services, EA-related .exe files, and the Xbox app as exceptions to anti-virus software and Windows firewall/defender. Specifically, the following:
- EABackgroundService.exe
- EAConnect_microsoft.exe
- EADesktop.exe
- EALocalHostSvc.exe
- Disable overlays, including in-game overlay within the EA App
- Clear the Xbox App's cache
- Close conflicting background applications
- Repair the EA App and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, and run both as administrator
