CODE ERROR 10005
Hello,
I am encountering a persistent EC:10005 error when trying to log into the EA App on my Mac (macOS Sequoia 15.5).
Here is everything I have already tried, without success:
- Full uninstall and reinstall of the EA App
- Manual deletion of all EA-related files (Application Support, Caches, Preferences, EA Services, etc.)
- Flushing DNS cache via Terminal
- Verified network connection (successful ping to ea.com and api.ea.com)
- Disabled firewall and any VPN
- Tested using a different internet connection (mobile hotspot)
All of this suggests the issue may be caused by either:
- A bug in the EA App for macOS
- Or a server-side issue related to my EA account
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or escalate the case to a higher-level technical team? Thank you in advance
