Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 Error When Installing

Hi,

I bought the Command & Conquer The Ultimate Collection back in 8/10/2013 through Origin (Order #: 1238088875). However, when trying to install Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3, I get an error message on the app saying I don't own the game. I have attempted to reinstall the EA app, clear cache, and I get the same error message. I don't get the error message with any other game from the collection.

I contacted EA support but they weren't able to help.

I don't know what else to do. Thank you!
