EA APP won't open error code EC: 10500

Hello

I was playing BF6 like I have been since release and my pc shut down because of a power outage in my house.

Everything is working well and the internet is back as well. Now I cannot open the EA app anymore for whatever reason.. it says connection error 10500 and I can only log out or quit the app. If I try to log back in, the same thing keeps happening.

I don't understand how my pc shutting down could have caused this.

Anyone has a similar issue ? Thanks

     second this, think EA need to fix it, because it works on steam but the EA App is DEAD

    Me too. Could log in and install Battlefield 6. Then i restarded my laptop and now it doesnt login anymore. Erro 10500....Just a couple of minuten ago...

    Me too. I thought it could be my VPN, but nothing, impossible to connect.

    having the same issue, played fc26 this morning

    now i want to play bf6 and cant even open my app
